Aster Cucine’s Portrait series belongs to the new catalogue of classic kitchens and was presented during the last Milan Fuorisalone at the company’s central flagship store located in via Larga 4.
The Portrait kitchen was designed by architect Lorenzo Granocchia, Art Director of Aster Cucine.
The model is born from the updating of traditional and soft lines in a sort of “back to the country”, but the language chosen is innovative because it is halfway between transitional and traditional style. The details come from the shabby-chic world and have been skillfully revised by Granocchia, who simplified them and made them modern. Natural wood and white stained make up cosy and warm kitchens, with a domestic flavour.
Lorenzo Granocchia describes the Portrait project as follows: “Starting from signs and visions that take us back to distant roots and at the same time solid and reassuring, the new Portrait collection lives the present and projects us towards the future with a new lively energy. Portrait is sweetly simple and profoundly intimate; it takes us by the hand to conviviality and hospitality, transforming the spaces into homes”.
